The product is fine. They are just too difficult for me to swallow. Now that I am older I am finding that capsules are easier to swallow then larger tablets. For many other people it may not be a problem

These large tablets are actually very easy to swallow. A balanced proportion of calcium and vitamin D. Easy to digest.
Quality supplement for middle age and active in sports. I see improvement in my daily movement, and believe it builds my bone and solve my porous bone issue. The supplement is taste- less and easy to consume. you can combine with other supplement, but this one bottle has all the ingredients you need. Vit D3 and magnesium combination with cal-citrate is crucial for calcium absorption.
