Sea moss is all over the internet because of the awesome benefits. The taste of actual sea moss is not a good thing though. For me to continue to want to take sea moss I needed an option that was not making me actually have to taste it. This is perfect for that. These are easy to swallow and is the perfect choice for me. Sea moss is great for the skin health, digestion, and even thyroid health. I mainly got this for the skin and thyroid benefits. I am hopeful it will give me amazing effects, especially when combined with my other supplements that also help promote some of these benefits....oh and sea moss is also a prebiotic and in my opinion you can never get enough of that. I mainly like that it is easy to swallow and does not leave a bad aftertaste in my mouth.

I had thermal imaging done and I have a lot of inflammation in my body, possibly under active thyroid function, and several other issues that this supplement can help with. I'm taking this in hopes to help with the inflammation and energy boost. I haven't been on it too long but it's been very easy to take. The taste isn't bad and there's no after taste either.

This product is lovely and keeps the mind sharp; I can absolutely see a difference when it’s not being used. Additionally, if one has blood sugar issues then this d add kid helps balance such things. Everything felt in balance when using said product. I think it can plausibly replace the daily multi vitamin. Excellent product.

Great quality sea moss supplement. I got this more for the mineral benefit and skin support, and it has been a nice extra in my routine. Capsule size is good and easy to take. I like the ingredient composition too, the vit C, aloe + pepper make it feel a bit more rounded. Everything looked fresh on arrival. Overall I feel it's had a positive benefit from adding it in, especially as part of my skin barrier routine. I try avoid taking with other supplements as the pepper can amplify
