Ive heard so much about it and about the ingredients so I ordered. But I dont know if the issue is from me because I had some side effects, I took a pill daily and it caused me a severe stomach pain. So i started taking it 3 times a week instead. However, the size is very good and the packaging is minimalist. Good quality .
