I will never stop saying this is the best vitamin C I have ever tried, no doubt it's clean and well concentrated, no stomach issues after eating it, the skin becomes brighter and smoother quiet immediately after using this product, unfortunately I can't order it very often because the price has gone up too much, I used to pay way less years ago...but it is really fantastic!!
A totally natural (non-synthetic) vitamin C that I actually enjoy taking long term. I can't deal with Camu Camu on it's own, too bitter. So I always stop using it. This formula is a powder blend that tastes great and I add to my bottled water and sip throughout the day. I also take at night before bed. Keeps my skin and teeth healthy too. The only issue is the price has gone up a lot in the last few years, as has everything else in this world.
This vitamin C has been really helpful and I loooove taking it. I always feel better after I do, and I actually enjoy the tart sour taste of the berries/fruit. It is very sour, keep in mind. It does seem to help me more than unnatural vitamin C supplements. I don't always need to take the full dose, sometimes you may need to adjust the dose depending on your needs. Usually if you eat more carbs you might need more vitamin C. But if your bowels are loose you may need to reduce the vitamin C and adjust on different days. It can depend on how your body is doing that day and how you're eating and how well you're sleeping etc. If I take too much vitamin C personally I get runny bowels! But that's also partially because I'm dealing with health issues that require my body to do a lot of "detoxing" and "eliminating" lol.

This brand has yet to disappoint me in quality. The ingredients are perfect, whole food sources of vitamin C and the amazing package is a dark glass bottle. The taste is sour as it should be and it is gentle on the stomach unlike synthetic forms of C. Good potency. Can be added to drinks or food.
Chose this cos of the ingredients it’s not chemical ascorbic but natural berry ingredients excellent vitamin c good combination with iron tablets i love the camu n cherry ingredients it’s not too sour but quite concentrated. It lasts so good content. Dissolves in water well. Feel less fatigued, effective.

The ingredients in this are very clean. It is all clean derived from potent natural POWDER forms of vitamin C which is the best form to take. It does not have ascorbic acids or citric acid which is amazing. It is organic and has great effects for your health and skin. I face no stomach sensitivity with this, it is a great antioxidant that builds many things like immunity. Taste great, I got the big size package that is good value. The daily intake is 360 mg of vitamin C 2 teaspoons.
I take this natural vitamin C and combined with the ascorbic synthetic C just to keep my overall blood vessel healthy, make my collagen supplement work well and support my immunity. But this is very pricy
