SOMEONE try and find a better fish oil, 1.5G EPA for 2 softgels? I ordered this as I saw it was one of the top rated for purity and proper ingredients. Fish oil is crucial for brain health and heart health. The quality of this product is AMAZING. OFFICIALLY MY FAVORITE FISH OIL OUT THERE.
I'm happy with the product. In my opinion, it has a balanced ratio of EPA/DHA/DPA and decent daily dose. It's advised to take it after fatty food. Some people complain about the smell, but I did not noticed it. Theoretically is should improve inflammation markers positively affecting aging slowdown and support heart health. I did not measure it yet, but plan to it later.

This is like a triple dose. I’ll be using it for my dry eyes. I have been using 1200 for the past 8 months but I see little difference with my dry eyes so I’ve decided to double the dose. I hope it works.
