I bought this seasoning for adding flavor without spiciness to add to stir fry veggies but I am finding that it works well with many foods such as salad, pasta and rice.
the umami is so tasty. his is one of my favorites spices from here. the size is big enough to long last. dont know about the benefits tho

Mccormick makes lots of good quality seasonings and this one is no exception. it's a nice spice blend to use on almost everything. similar to "Unami mushrooms" from TJ's
