I love this. I spray it here and there on my son before or after school. I have tried the five flower remedy and other essences so I know they work! Super love these blends for different issues. Do make sure not to use too many different types of essences at once though because it can cause a healing crisis 😅 speaking from personal experience 😂😂

I really benefit from taking flower essences. I love that this one is alcohol-free. The spray makes it really easy to take the dosage. Sometimes I do experience a healing reaction, but it passes quickly.

One of my chidlren is especially sensitive and gets emotional most of the time. I let my 10 year-old try this and a week later, i feel he is happier and less grouchy.
