Easy to take and stick to it. Tastes like strawberry banana. Smooth too. If you didn't want to take it off the spoon, it mixes well into smothies/yohgurt

A lot of other flaxseed products taste weird but this one doesn’t have a bad after taste so it’s been easy to eat every day.
I liked the formula, the ingredients, though the taste could have been better in my opinion. My kid refused to have it, but I didn’t complain and drank it by myself lol
Great way to get in your omega 3s. My kids tasted it and loved it too, ordered the kiddie version for them in the Strawbanna flavour. I use it also in smoothies. Excellent.
I just started taking this and it’s by far the best tasting Omega. Not fishy at all! It tastes like a strawberry- banana smoothie. Even my teenager loves it!
