I’ve been trying different brands. I’ve tried Himalaya, paradise herbs, organic India and nutricost. I liked organic India the most but it is quit pricy, so I switched to nutricost. Now I’m trying Swanson. Looks like Swanson is cheapest. I just started taking it, so I can’t tell exactly but so far so good. I’ll update my review in few months how it really works.

I usually buy another brand but I tried this one because the other was sold out. I really couldn’t tell the difference between the two quality wise and this brand is a lot more affordable and lasts longer per bottle. It didn’t taste like much and was ease to go down.
