This product really improves inflammation, pain, in the joints, but also headaches caused by tense muscles. I like the high dose, and in acute pain, i take two tablets. Good package, great price and no taste.

I work a physical labor job, which leaves my back in a lot of pain. When I take this supplement, I notice a difference in my pain level, which makes it more manageable and helps me get through my work shifts.
I didn't think this was working so I quit taking it. Then my arthritis pain came back so I started to take this curcumin again and I'm glad I did. I'm vegetarian, that's why I use this one. It was recommended to me and I think it is a very good quality product.
I take this a few times a week, whenever I feel stiff, or if I am experiencing body aches or pains. I have recommended this to friends as well. I prefer this to other over the counter inflammatory pills. The pill size isn't too large either.
Second bottle here. The effects are actually better than the version with Peperine I used to take. This formula really absorbs really well.

Quality curcumin with solid ingredients, but I didn’t notice a big difference compared to other brands I’ve tried. Works fine, just not outstanding for me.
