I have always been taking Eye Vitamins altogether with Vitamin A and Refresh Relieva Eye Drops for my eyes. It works well together in this combination. These Healthy Eyes Complex I just ordered recently I found pretty good as well as older products I ordered before. The dose of the ingredients in them is good, the size of the tablet is M, but they are easily absorbed. There is no specific taste or aftertaste. For me personally, sometimes it is really hard to swallow big pills. With this on,e I don't have any issues. Right size of the pill. I cannot tell I see better immediately, but I feel my eyes are less tired after a long day at work! Will buy again
