Very good quality ingredients, also a good size and very pleasant taste. Bought it for my autistic daughter and I do recomand this brand.

Cant do methyl B12 which seems to make me anxious but no issues with this. Folinic acid means the body can use it if you have MTHFR issues bypassing the folic acid conversion which is impaired. Supposed to be good for autism and ADHD as well. Good tasting lozenge and a trusted brand.

Since I have certain gene variants (MTHFR and other), I've reacted to other types of B vitamins. This is suited to someone like me. It's a small tablet which dissolves in your mouth and tastes fine.

For me the amount of b16 was too high, because this gave me a headache. Gave it to someone else and they did not have this reaction. It's not the other ingredients, because I take the clinic acid lozenges from the same brand and they work well.

Very good that B12 is also with B9 as a folinic acid. Ingredient-wise this is perfect. They could remove all sugar alchocols to make it even better as the taste is not that important. At least for me.

I bought this to help boost my blood levels of B12 and folate in preparation for chemotherapy and it helped improve my bloodwork in a few weeks and made me feel much better overall. My husband is using it as well.
