I bought this supplements as I have a MTHR mutation and I cant supply the necessary amount from ordinary folic acid. I feel more energy

i haven't tried this particular product but i have tried the methyl folate with vitamin b12 from seeking health and it was a great product. it helped for my energy a lot. although how much is in one capsule i don't agree. i think it's too much. so i will be careful on how long i take it.
