Seeking Health Gut Nutrients is quite good. However, I had to stop using it after using 1 bottle because the serving size is quite big of 5 capsules. The quality, benefits to gut health, stomach wellbeing, and others were quite evident. Minor after-taste because of taking it on an empty stomach.
