I got these after seeing someone on TikTok go one about them. I did some research and saw a lot of people say it's "nature's ozempic" but also came across a lot of articles that said this is false. But oh well, it's not too expensive and figured I'd give it a go. I've been on it for 4 days and I'm actually shook at how well it's working. As someone who constantly deals with food noise 24/7, I look back over the last few days and realise that on these pills, I have had *no cravings* at all. So because of this, my usual night time binges haven't been happening I've started taking these. And I was in the midst of a vicious cycle of these as well. I've dealt with them for years and when I'm this engulfed in it, it is *very* hard and take *a lot* of self control to get out. But yeah, quite easy with these pills. So it doesn't supress appetite in a way that I can go the whole day without eating, I still get hungry when my body gets low on energy but I'm used to constantly seeking out food for stimulation and now I only eat when I'm actually hungry. It's wild feeling like this without having to exercise immense willpower and focus. It's still early days so I haven't checked in on my weight yet but I can definitely see that if this keeps up, I will be automatically eating less and therefore losing weight without trying that much. So um... anecdotally, coming from someone who isn't a dietician or in the medical field at all but has read about how ozempic causes weight loss, I have to say I'm on the "berberine is nature's ozempic" side of things. Definitely give it a go if you struggle with binging like me!

I started slowly on this supplement for weight loss but did not lose any with it. Used it for a month. I also did not experience any side effects. When upping my dose, however, I lost 1kg within the first week. However, I started experiencing massive cramps and on day 8 I had to stop taking the supplement. I felt quite bad during the following days as well. Also, NEVER mix it with alcohol. I learned this the hard way.

I bought this brand based on reviews from tiktok. it will be first time trying berberine for me. bottles came sealed in temperature controlled vehicle. quality looks good. packaging neat. also it comes as 250mg which means you have to take 2 tablets each time twice a day, which will have the supply for 15 days only not 30days however it's good to gradually build the dosage. will comeback to update my review after 1 month.

Berberine by itself, in most cases, cannot solve SIBO. These capsules did their job and helped a lot. There is much more work to be done and I would be happy to use these capsules again if I were to need berberine again.
