These electrolyte tablets were okay — they did the job. The flavour was decent, I wouldn’t say I felt a huge difference, but on days I was feeling low on energy or a bit dehydrated, they seemed to help

Glad to find hydration tablets without added artificial sugar! These are taken with a big cup of water, and it's been working well for me as added electrolytes. Regular water(or whatever) tastes way better than the powdered ones. Good quality, very pleased.

My boyfriend has a very busy schedule, sometimes he doesn't have time to drink water. I bought these for him hopefully it can help with dehydration.
