These are great for joint, cartilage, connective tissue support. There is no taste. At my age I need all the quality ingredients I can get to help keep me active and moving daily. Unfortunately, this product didn't win me over. The potent, yeasty aroma is a bit too much, and it's not easy to get down. While I appreciate the quality of the ingredients and the packaging, the smell and taste are just not agreeable to me.
