My teenage son used to take 1 mg when he couldn’t sleep or drank too much caffeine but now he needs 3mg. Hopefully this helps and go back to 1 mg or without them.

The taste is good and the melatonin works well. I've used other fast dissolve tablets before that this seems to at the same level of quality. I'd recommend taking 30 mins before bed and limit blue/cool light. I don't find my mornings to be groggy as well!
