Berberine is a natural supplement to help with high-blood sugar. Plus it has many added benefits for our body. Taking it in capsule form doesn't give an after taste. The dosage I take is 2 x a day. Been taking it for more than a year now. This brand speaks of its quality.
Been ordering this for years on another site. I am just happy that can leave it on subscription here and skip or add in different ordering times for this product. I have noticed the difference in my insulin resistance while taking this. One thing I appreciate with this brand is the quality is there. The size dosage isn’t bad, i just wish this site sold the bigger bottles of this brand.

This is a must-have supplement for when I want to have extra carbs and want to control my blood sugar. Have a couple of pills 5 minutes before having carbs.
This was great and very easy to use! The texture is very smooth and the size is not bad for the price. The package is also travel size! I haven’t noticed any benefit yet but I am optimistic that it will work - the quality is really good, I’ll continue to use it and hopefully it works! No taste tbh
