I was using the sublingual drops and they are less convenient to travel with than these capsules which are easy to swallow. I used Vitex after being on BC Pills for 20 years and wanting a break. Well, I didn’t see my period for 6 months and these worked like magic. I will advise you against taking them whilst you’re actually bleeding and to occasionally take breaks so that they remain effective. Either way, its a great little supplement that provided me with solace and normalcy.

I take Vitex as a combination with evening primrose oil as a progesterone regulator, works nicely, price is very afforadble. Ingredient list is simple, nothing extra, just what it says. Defnitely buying this again.

Consume 2 capsules every day when its not cycle week. When its period time, stop consuming this vitex fruit until done period. Feel extremely happy with the results. My next period so smooth, no clots, no cramps whatsoever.

I use this product for a few years already for low progesterone due to premenopause. Seems to have good quality ingredients, has no taste and great benefits if you have low progesterone issues including breast tension, pelvic pain before menstruation etc.
