I've been taking Alpha Lion muscle strength and size for about three months. It's definitely an extra boost. Don't expect to take it and get huge, it's not a steroid, its a supplement. Getting big depends on you and what you do during and after your workout.
feel quite a bit of strength increase, of course it's not magic but with consistent consumption over a few months there's definitely been quite a big difference in strength gains. Been using it a few days now, I take one a few mins before gym and one before I sleep. It’s too early to tell if it helps with gains (will update) but it does make me feel energized. The bottle came as advertised and it’s good quality. There’s no taste and the capsules are easy to swallow. I like that the capsule ingredients are vegetarian. I’d recommend this just to try.
