It is only 500mg per cap. and only guarantee min 60% steroidal saponins. Both are lower than the one I normally take that with 750mg and 90% steroidal saponins. But, the price is very competitive and at least it lists out the min. steroidal saponins content while most other does not or just with lower quantity. So, it's safe and reasonable deal to buy.
