It's good, but nothing special. It doesn't help with congestion more than 5 hours which os ditsappointed, because you cannot use this spray more than twice a day.
This product works Amazing!! BUT... and this is a big but.. when they say do not use more then 3 days ...DO NOT USE IT MORE THEN 3 DAYS!! I overused it and it went from 12 hrs.. to 10.. to 4.. and each lesser time my nose would get worse and worse untill it was locked up plugged!!! (I used it about a week) Am still having issues with my nose/sinus weeks later. Good product but too much like a drug.. hooks you in then you need more and more..
Zicam is my go-to for when I have that feeling that I might have caught something. And each time I was able to dodge a cold!!! I recommend this product to all my family and friends!!!!!
