dissolves super fast, tastes great
it's not easy to find this dosage of b12 methylcobalamin, so I was excited to try this, and was pleasantly surprised. they dissolve about ×4 faster than any other b12 methylcobalamin I tried. actually the time the other b12s take to dissolve is the main reason I don't take it regularly, even though I need to. and these not only dissolve fast, but they are tasty and have no aftertaste.
i've been taking it for about a week and I think I feel a slight improvement in energy already. I want to try this in yhe raspberry flavor! this brand seems super high quality, it was recommended to me by my chinese medicine guy and it did not disappoint.
