These products are more long term use, but I have found my gut health has improved over time. I do want to say that if you do have gut issues you might have to change diet as well, this is not a one fix all wonders. I do mix this in a water bottle and sip away in the morning. I dilute it above recommendation ca use I personally find it having a sweetish aftertaste.
Need to use for a longer time to understand if it makes any difference. However, taste is really good. I like that it melts well in water.
