So I bought this product to help with my gut lining, and it proved very easy to use with a measuring scoop for powder, which I took on an empty stomach every morning for as long as the jar lasted. Together with other supplements, it made a real difference in my gut health, namely, gas and bloating were reduced to zero and digestion improved dramatically. I also tried another taste of this product (berries) and it was also pleasant. The ingredients are very well fought through and dosing is easy with the scoop that is included. Very high-quality product and I’ve just ordered again.

My nutritionist recommended trying it for gut issues. I didn't like the taste and can't say I noticed any health benefits after taking it for 30 days with water on empty stomach (compared to Zinc L-Carnosine at least). Ingredients are great, but maybe it just didn't work for me so I won't buy again as the price is rather high and it didn't seem effective in my case.

I've been using the Watermelon and the Green Apple versions of these as I work on my gut health. I don't notice anything in particular, but I will finish both jars, and assume they did their job, as the ingredients are pretty basic ones known for healing the gut. The tastes of both are good, especially in comparison to a gritty, mixed berry one I tried of another brand. So, these are palatable. I did buy them on sale, as I can't justify the full price.

Have been taking this for almost a month now and I can see the difference it makes in terms of bloating and in my skin. The taste is much better compared to the watermelon one or honey. Quality is good, but I does start to get clumpy towards the end of the tub.
