the best quality powder
Calcium ascorbate is low acidity, which means you can have higher doses without it giving you the loose bowels effect. It's easy on your stomach. I bought a 1/2tsp spoon and I have 1/2tsp first thing in the morning and again last thing at night. If I'm unwell I have a couple more doses through the day. It's pretty tasteless. I'm fine mixing it in water.
