nice quality with strawberry aroma which I don't really like. i am not using it for skin or hair, but for my muscles pains and relaxation actually. i find biotin is the only vit B that cud reduce my foot pains, due to sensitivity to cold air, or actually nerve pains. i also take 50 mg of biotin spread over the day as it boast my energy and make me feeling my feet better.
My hair has been falling out more than I would like due to a hormonal imbalance. I am on my second bottle of this product and I have noticed a reduction in hair loss and my hair seems thicker. It also seems a bit stronger, less prone to breakage so I will continue using this product while getting my hormones balanced.
This is an amazing product, ingredients are great combination, easy to take, I notice improvement on my hair and skin, my hair becoming fuller, all the great benefits for hair skin and nails in one bottle plus it has collagen and trace minerals included. Tastes great ! I have it every morning with my chia seeds yoghurt or sometimes to my chia water or even to my latte for some fruity flavour. I'd appreciate if they'd mention what kind of collagen/gelatin they use tho. Is it vegan/halal or pork/animal based
Ingredients are of high quality with dosage size being ideal to flavour 500ml of water. The skin and hair have a better structure now. The benefits of collagen shows improvement in nails, hair and skin quite quickly.
I like the product ingredients list, this is the reason I ordered it. The package is quite handy and good quality, the size is just perfect for such a product. I've been using it for about a month. Everything is good about this product, except the taste, honestly its nightmare, I didn't like it at all. Unfortunately there are no other taste options for this product, so for me it was a one time purchase. You might try it, maybe the taste was a problem only for me.

It came well sealed. The size is good and could be larger for its money value. It says it is good for my hair, skin and nails and I’m yet to see the results as I am taking other supplements and products for this as well. I will keep on using it and hopefully it will give me great results.
