My experience is that when I take it, I don't get muscle cramps. It's has a very strong mineral taste, but it works so well, I don't care. Calcium pills have never worked for me - but this form of calcium does, so I keep taking it. I take it with Natural Calm in water, which makes the taste more tolerable. It's in a liquid form with a dropper that has the amount marked for easy measuring. I only take a little bit, because I try to get most of my calcium from food.

I can't seem to tolerate calcium citrate as it gives me anxiety and carbonate forms constipate me...this works well for me without either of these problems.

I'm feeling my bones,my teeth stronger my teeth is not bleeding anymore.The quality is good and tested ok .Is liquid I can put in any drink . I like the ingredients as well, which is good for age and my bones too well packaged is benefit for my health my bone .

As described, reasonable dosage. Didn’t notice any sides effects nor upset. Taste is acceptable. Help to improve overall health. I have been looking for this 👍🏻
