My husband uses this supplement for enlarged prostate. Nettle works well in combination with cranberry and pumpkin seed. It is good quality, size and right dosage. Very well priced. Ingredients Nettle also helps relieving allergies. My husband's prostate issues definitely improved after taking this supplement in combination. He takes a dosage 3 times a day for the best effects.
Great quality product!I have learned that Nettle contains many naturally occurring vitamins and minerals as well as chlorophyll. The Best ingredients Nettle (Urtica dioica) (leaf); These have a great dark green color! I will definitely buy these again!
