This is pure black walnut hull which i was told would be good to take after taking clove an cinnamon. After taking the walnut hull, then wormwood would be the final process. I have given my children ages ranging from 11-15 and there dark circles have gone away. it is harder for the younger ones to take the pills because they are big.
