I use this as a gentle support for occasional water retention. The quality is excellent, and I like that it’s made from the whole juniper berry. The ingredients are clean and plant-based. One capsule per day is a good dosage for me. The benefits were gradual — feeling lighter and less bloated. No taste, and no side effects either.

Solaray products, especially their herbs are better quality, than others, as many have unneeded fillers, and your not getting the full herb. Juniper Berries makes me feel better after a meal. I take it right before my meal.
