I bought this to boost my immunity during the colder months, and it has been great. The potency is exactly what I was looking for. The capsules are small and very easy to swallow. I appreciate that there is no strange aftertaste. Since I started taking this, I feel much more resilient. Great quality-to-price ratio!

I have to pay attn. to my calcium level for healthy bones as I age. I tweak my own dosage to average about 500 mg. of calc. a day and eat calcium rich foods in addition. I prefer tablet form to capsules but wanted to try this product. I'm switching back to tablets but no complaints about this product.

Pills are easy to swallow. I replaced the BIG calcium tablets, but how does one measure efficacy? I'm taking this supplement as a preventative against bone loss.

This is a good product and being in capsules makes it great to swallow. I will purchase again.
