So far taking this herbal capsule, I have found I have been sleeping better lately and more calm, I have anxiety really bad and when I’m taking these I just feel less stressed. The quality is wonderful, no after taste or bad smells. I really like solaray brand because their ingredients and quality are very reliable and fresh. :)
I started taking this to help with my dandruff. It did help with that but it took several weeks. The surprising and much needed other benefit were the effect on my hot flashes. That are now gone! Great product, amazing quality, pure ingredients! AND NO TASTE! Just bought more.
I open the capsules, and that stuff is BITTER. But I love it, seems to be very good quality. Solaray is always good for herbs.
The thing I noticed upon opening this bottle was the nice, fresh smell of the hops. Solaray is a good company and I feel confident that they're putting quality hops in this. I bought it to help with sleep and I intend to use it along with other herbs (specifically lemon balm) for sleeplessness.
John 3:16 King James Version 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
I loved this. It really helped me. This is a must buy
