I really loved this probiotic . I tried it after I heard about akkermansia for transit/ weight loss with pcos. And I don’t know if this is the reason because I am also taking berberine and exercising and being healthy but since I take it I lost 3kilos ( before I was also dieting and exercising and my weight was stuck for 3 months ) So I am happy about it
I came across this product on podcast between Dr Peter Attia and one of the founders of the company. Attia is one of the minuscule number of doctors and researchers that are actually credible. As far as the product, it may the only probiotic worth taking and far exceeds the supposed benefits of fortified foods, yogurts and other pro/pre biotic products that are 95% hype and 5% almost useless ingredients that have no impact on gut health. If gut health is an issue for you I highly recommend that you look into this product and the company for yourself.
Took this for 3 months straight, the first 2 weeks is filled with a lot of gas, some minor bloating, which is completely normal as advised by Pendulum. Must keep this refrigerated. Within 3 weeks, satiation improved, my usual afternoon hunger pangs are completely gone. Is this akin to Ozempic? Incredible stuff from just a strain of probiotics.
