As a young child my grandson has had difficulty getting to sleep. I have been buying these pellets for years and they help him fall asleep faster. No melatonin is a big plus
I like that this product doesn’t have melatonin. It doesn’t work as fast but will give it more time. My child likes the taste and he can do the cool clicking disposal. I love that it’s made in Europe, France and is natural. It comes out of a tube that looks like a chapstick. It’s so cute and fun to click for dispersal.

I don't like giving melatonin regularly to kids. I use this for my grandchildren. It helps to quiet their minds and let them fall asleep. It doesn't make them groggy in the morning. I find it works for two out of the three. One of my grandkids has a very hard time falling asleep, and she needs several doses. I only use three pellets instead of the recommended five.

I bought this to help with my son’s habit of sleeping very late. While he enjoyed the taste, unfortunately it didn’t help us achieve the result we were hoping for.

The taste/flavor is quite mild/undetectable, the size of pellets are very small so there's very slim chance of choking especially for a very young age. Packaging is also safe and foolproof. We love this because it's effective and helpful especially when our child is overstimulated before bed.
