Solaray provides quality supplements. If you are looking for an okra that "binds" you need the gelling effect from what I have understood in doing the research. The okra extract in this capsule does not form a gel (different manufacturing process for extracts). Solaray also makes an okra fiber in powdered form that does gel in water and contains the whole okra plant. If you are looking to bind mycotoxins, or other things in the gut, check out that product instead.

I'm using it for the first time, I didn't know what effect it would have. I feel very comfortable, I don't have bloating and I can say that I lost some weight with the diet.

Seems like ok quality but I wished I could have found organic okra. The pills size are large but no larger than most supplements. I haven't been able to see benefits yet but that's partly my fault for forgetting to take them often enough. Since I am using them as a binder I am trying to take them away from my other meds/supps which is hard. I have heard these are good for binding mold toxins and I live in a moldy building so I am hoping these can help me recover but we will see. They don't have a strong taste which is nice and the ingredient list is pretty short.

It is one of the best substance for detox fat soluble toxins from the bile. I take 4 capsules a day 30 mins before a fatty meal.

Good quality composition of ingredients, dosage is 400mg per capsule. Another brand stopped making okra with pepsin and I had to find a new one. This has only one ingredient - okra. It can help with digestion issues and upset stomach. The size of a capsule is not too big and easy to take.

Great quality composition of ingredients, only natural okra without any unnecessary additives. Since another okra supplement was discontinued, I was looking for a quality okra supplement to add to my dog's meals to help with stomach upset. I hope this will help my dog, the same as the other supplement, has helped. It's not a big bottle, capsules are normal sized and easy to use.

Great quality and price. Okra is great for blood sugar and has fiber too. It also has oxalates but the fiber can cause gas so use with that in mind.

This product is very effective for me as I deal with slow digestion and this helps keep thing moving through my gut. Take it with lots of water.

Happy to find a clean, single-herb supplement like this. The veggie capsules are easy to take and I like that it’s just okra with no unnecessary additives.

Bought it for blood sugar control for my mum she said it was easy to take no taste but didn’t see a noticeable difference/ improvement.
