This supplement provides 450 mg per capsule of Gotu kola, a standard dosage for this herb known for its potential benefits for cognitive function and anxiety reduction. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. After using this supplement, I’ve noticed improved mental clarity and reduced stress levels. I recommend this product.
Very good quality gotu kola product, an adaptogen that I use for brain support, legs veins circulation and skin collagen builder. It has multiple uses for stress, cognitive, collagen, anti varicose issues. Thank you.
I ordered this for the first time to taste how it will work for me, Icannot tell i felt something special but probably it worked
Great Gotu Kola! I feel more focused and calm, and my circulation has improved. The capsules are easy to take and very pure. Excellent quality from Solaray, as always!
Gotu Kola is a useful supplement that contains a number of active phytonutrients, including saponin compounds known as triterpenoids. Studies have shown that Gotu Kola can maintain the integrity of blood vessels and help promote healthy blood circulation. The packaging has a beautiful design, typical of Solaray. The size of the capsules is very well found for intake. The price is very acceptable for the excellent quality and benefits of the product. I will order again.
Great agent. Effects well noticeable. No issues noted. Highly recommend to anyone seeking to boost their metabolism and female hormonal system
I'm using for two months and already feeling my legs lighter! Very good specially at the summer!
I feel stronger, healthier, and more energized overall thanks to this supplement
I read this is good for complexion. I can't tell because I do intermittent fast and exercise. But I believe it must have contribute to me looking 15 years younger than my age.
I truly believe this product has made me sharper mentally. I don't know how to describe exact feeling, but everything feels easy. I 100% recommend to everyone. Also do your research, you should cycle this product.
