My previous product was a tablet. This one I find to be better for me. It goes down easy. Dosage is very good and has the added bioflavonoids. Shouldn't take one without the other.

Very nice there is both vitamin C and bioflavonoids. I allso have a good feeling of many Solaray supplements. My first thing in the morning is to take vitamin C.
