Lactase, 100 VegCaps

I cannot live without these lactase capsules anymore. As someone who is lactose intolerant but still wants to enjoy the occasional cheese or creamy dessert, these have been a lifesaver. I take one right before meals and I don’t experience the usual bloating, discomfort or cramps anymore. They’re easy to swallow, and the bottle lasts quite a while. I’ve tried several brands, but this one works best for me. A must-have if you struggle with dairy digestion!

After years of not being able to eat dairy due to being lactose intolerant, I decided to give this a try, not sure if it would work for me. It does! I don't have any stomach pain or digestion issues when I take this. It seems very high quality. There is a slight - VERY slight - taste/smell in the ones I have taken and that just seems to be normal.

I’ve had better quality lactase than this. Unfortunately I didn’t do a proper research on this because after I received I realized that the calcium in this capsule is more than the lactase. Unfortunately just one capsule is not enough which is ridiculous for a capsule that is advertised as lactase!

my wife use it and it helps for her digestion in her stomach and gut movement. she had intestinal issues with age so it helpd her a lot. taste less odor less and very good composition of the enzyme ingridient. have all benefit

Solaray is my favourite brand for supplements. Great quality, good ingredients and I don’t go anywhere with out this enzyme.

This is good to have a bottle on the shelf or in the frig veg bin for For those times when one's gut is flowing rather than functioning as normal. I suppose it is good for lactose as well, but that is not my problem. If you are someone who has to wear an adult diaper, it may be of help to "slow things down". NB it does that rather well, so stop it as soon as you get results. If you have actual latose problems it may be good if you want a sort of milder sup of this type. Cheers

The quality of the capsules is good, they are easy to swallow. I am 46 years old, unfortunately the enzymes of this company did not suit me, did not solve the unpleasant symptoms after consuming dairy products. I tried other manufacturers - the effect was immediate.
