I have tried many cod liver oils off iherb and other websites. While nothing can compete with Rosita Cod Liver Oil, for the price, this cod liver is the best in it's category. I also emailed california gold to ask if the vitamin A was added synthetically (as a lot of cod liver oils are), but this is naturally occuring. Huge bonus. 1 teaspoon in the AM and one in the PM

I really like this product as it has quality ingredients at an affordable price point. I'll continue taking this, but only manage about once a week as the taste isn't fantastic but I recommend having a teaspoon of honey after it.
