There are many brands regarding SAMe. I tried Doctor's Best, Jarrow Formulas, and Life Extension. I would say "Natural" would be more beneficial for your body. Not saying other brands aren't great. Never. What I am trying to emphasize is that SAMe in General is good for your body .. My wife who had been struggling with sleep problem is now sleeping quite well, since taking SAMe. They help you a lot.
Generally SAM-e from Jarrow is good. Have taken for a week.....can't really say it has helped w my knee aches and flexibility. But i do know there's less strain when i squat etc.
I started taking SAMe along with Seeking Health’s B12+ l-methylfolate, and within a couple of months, my severe and chronic pain and depression were miraculously GONE. I have tried over 20 SSRIs that did not help. Taking these helps with joint pain and depression specifically, but have to be taken with the B12 and l-methylfolate if you have the MTHFR gene mutation like I do. I accidentally ran out of my B vitamin one time and within two days was severely depressed again, so I am not completely sure how much of it is due to the SAMe, but I’m too scared to stop taking it and find out…Jarrow’s is great quality, though SAMe is definitely on the pricey side.
It does work for liver joints and mood as described.

I love Jarrow and the way they package SAM0e. It is a benefit for mood, depression, joints! There is no bad taste, also the size of the pill does not bother me, maybe a bit bigger for some. I think Jarrow is great quality product. I do not mind the ingredients
