I like this form of B6 (P5P) bc it’s already been converted to the biologically active, readily usable form of Vitamin B6. B6 is a B vitamin I cannot live without, it keeps my immune system strong. Very helpful and effective product, worth the price and a good choice
I have used a vitamine B-complex with B6, but the dosage in this one is mucht higher. The dosage is really high, so please consult your therapist or doctor before you start this. I take it 2 or 3 times a week. My stool significantly improved and I have more energy.
