After a resurgence of post-Pfizer shot symptoms have wreaked havoc on my system, I doubled-down and researched to find that spike protein crosses the blood-brain barrier, which affects the nervous system ... Scary!! Thankfully, some B vitamins do, as well - including B6, which has been successful in squelching my dizziness. The upper limit is low, so I take one of these 25 mg tablets every four to five days. B6 also has a half-life, so it can accumulate in the system (it's not flushed out like some other water-soluble vitamins), another reason I don't take it every day, but on the days I do, my symptoms improve almost immediately, so whatever I'm dealing with is very sensitive to all of the wonderful things this B6 vitamin is throwing at it! Big thumbs-up and thankful for this clean product from Solgar.
