So far loving the Black Seed Oil has already improved my inflammation of my knuckles in my right hand , taste is not strong I fined it is pleasant Use it topically and internally taking 2 tsp per day ! Very good quality product, the main ingredient is obviously black seed oil. I bought it for its beneficial properties such as omega-3 lowering cholesterol, lowering inflammation and protecting the heart. The taste is neutral, taste like most of the black seed oils I’ve tried before. It came well packaged and protected to Switzerland, the bottle is plastic so it’s not that heavy.
