I'll tell you the whole story.

The first thing I bought was because of a video that said it's taken by people trying to lose weight, that it's full of vitamins, and that it can help with weight loss. The first thing I noticed was that it really does make you feel full and reduces your sugar cravings and hunger. I continued taking it, drinking as much as I could, until I reached the third day. Then I felt incredibly constipated and gassy; my stomach was bloated, and I felt extremely uncomfortable. I thought maybe it was because I have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). I gave it to my friend who doesn't have IBS, and she told me that after three days, the constipation and bloating started to take effect. It felt awful, honestly, so I stopped taking it. As for the bloating and sugar cravings, it really did reduce them. Of course, I thought, "Okay, I'll try it." I drank chia seeds with it to relieve the constipation, but it didn't work. The constipation just kept coming. Even magnesium citrate tablets didn't help. Maybe it works differently for everyone, or maybe it suits someone else. I wanted to share my experience in detail because when I bought it, no one had written anything. Please support me with likes!

I took it based on the praise of Coach Wissam. It reduces appetite, is sweet, and has a very acceptable taste.

It tastes good and is acceptable, and the quantity is good. I like to use it at the gym and enjoy using it with coconut milk.

Good product

I really think it's a good product for the glucose control, but I don't like the taste of monk fruit.

I wasn't bothered by it, it was all nonsense, and I honestly didn't like it. I wouldn't recommend it; it's overpriced for its low quality.
