The ingredients in this goat whey is superior to their product that has silica. Why? Silica can cause issues in some people. The size of this product is a good deal with the 20% off sales. The drink taste like graham crackers! I really like to mix it with a little bit of hot water, cinnamon, and maple syrup, then add raw milk and ice and make it a yummy iced drink. I've purchased the Mt. Capra mineral whey for a decade - but this is excellent too and much lighter flavor. This company is excellent - I've researched it. I prefer getting my minerals from food rather than white capsules - which are ALWAYS from China and once in a while other countries. Tastes great too.
