I am enjoying this product, and the option of taking protein that has both casein and whey, for slower digestion and a lesser insulin spike hopefully. Whey by itself digest quicker, and I like the idea of this actually substituting as a small meal along with some fat and low carb veggie for keto!

Definitely a good quality protein. Taste is goaty and it does not dissolve well into water.
At this point I prefer Marine Collagen or Whey as a source of proteins.
Give it a try if you're looking for a specific goat 🐐 protein source or are looking for something new.
