Mt. Capra products are clean, high quality and I feel great taking them. We lack minerals in our food nowadays due to depleted soils ( though if you shop at the local farmers market, you might be doing better than. most). To make sure I get all my essential nutrients, naturally and not from synthetic sources, I add this to smoothies or soups or yogurt a few times a week. and take liquid fulvic & humic minerals as well.

This product has high quality ingredients and great soothing taste, it's the second time I buy it as I have been quite satisfied before in terms of energy and overall well-being although I take it with more supplements, the package is very good size and as for composition it desolves really well!

I add this to my morning protein shake to boost the mineral content. It mixes well, and I feel good about it so far. This brand appears to use high quality ingredients. The serving size is quite large, so I cut it in half. Using just one tablespoon at a time once a day the package should last nearly a month. It is a bit expensive, so I hope the quality is as advertised.

great for the stomach and to reminiralize for recovery when sick. only price is the issue otherwise i would drink this instead tea every night.

this is one of my favourites. it tastes amazing! I add to cocoa for a warm drink before bed. ingredients taste pure and great quality. highly recommend as a delicious source of minerals and electrolytes
