I really liked this protein. This isn't my first time ordering from this brand, but this is the first time I've ordered casein. It has a much denser texture than regular whey or clean whole protein. It's great for thick shakes. I'll be ordering more!

The rest of the recipe is an alternative to beef casein, currently under trial, and based on previous comments, it seems heavy.
The product is of good quality and does not cause bloating. It is not worth mixing with liquids such as smoothies, because that is how the grains of powder feel in the mouth. It will taste better in baked goods
